TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

You approve and accept this Agreement by:

• Downloading or installing the App, or
• Accessing or using the App or its content.

You may accept this Agreement only if:

• You are legally capable of entering a contract, or
• You are a legally existing entity with authority to enter into this Agreement, and
• You are not barred by law from using the App.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

• The App provides summarized third-party content through an embedded browser. Quix does not own or host third-party content unless legally permitted.
• Accessing external links means you leave the App. Quix is not responsible for third-party websites.
• Registration is required to access certain features and is governed by the Privacy Policy.
• Sponsored Content may appear within the App.

You agree that:

• Information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Content is used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not misuse or reproduce App content.
• Content providers must comply with applicable laws.
• Quix is not responsible for information disclosed by users.
• Quix may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

• You are responsible for your actions while using the App.
• Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
• Failure to enforce rights does not waive future enforcement.

• Download the App only from authorized platforms.
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• You grant Quix a limited license to use content you create.
• Quix grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.
• Third-party content remains subject to third-party licenses.

You must NOT upload, publish, or share content that:

• Belongs to others without permission
• Is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Misleads or impersonates others
• Threatens national security or public order
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative

You must NOT:

• Reverse engineer the App
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Disrupt App services
• Access the App through unauthorized means

• Report violations to Mr. Yuvraj Singh, Grievance Officer at contactus@quixnews.com
• Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours
• Action is taken within 15 days
• Immediate action is taken for severe violations

Your access may be terminated if:

• You uninstall the App
• You breach this Agreement
• Required by law
• Services become commercially unviable

Termination does not affect ongoing legal obligations.

• Quix owns all App-related intellectual property.
• Third-party content remains owned by respective owners.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials.

• Use of the App is at your own risk.
• Quix is not liable for damages arising from App use.
• You agree to indemnify Quix against claims arising from your actions.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Security
• Fitness for purpose

• Governed by laws of India
• Disputes resolved through arbitration in English
• Arbitration award is final and binding
• Claims must be raised within 3 months

Notices may be sent via App or registered email and are deemed received within 3 days.

Quix is not responsible for inaccuracies, service interruptions, or data misuse caused by external factors.
